Dr. Sara Flynn

Dr. Sara Flynn CPsychol is a chartered psychologist with over 20 years experience working in the education sector. Living in Dublin, she holds a number of degrees in both science and psychology. In her present role she works with schools and families to support the wellbeing and education of school aged children.

Dr. Sara’s has extensive experience working with groups, including groups of teachers, parents, psychologists and students. She has held roles lecturing, programme development and review, training and designing and delivering academic programmes. Dr. Sara works as professional supervisor to senior psychologists and psychologists in training as well as having previous experience as a placement and research supervisor.

Dr. Sara has a strong interest in the use of story and narrative therapies to support people to connect with themselves and others. She is also the author of children’s psychological stories, Dr. Sara’s Stories, which focus on communicating tricky topics to children, young and old. Sara trained with Narrative 4 in 2019 and has run a number of projects.
