Role:  Narrative 4 Ireland is seeking to recruit a full-time detail-oriented and motivated Programme Assistant. The Programme Assistant will work closely with the Director, Programme Officer and other staff assisting with administration and delivery of empathy training programmes for Narrative 4 Ireland. 


Reporting to the Programme Officer 



Key Tasks include:  


Organising the administration of the training courses

Booking trainers & trainees onto courses. 

Answering queries from trainees 

Keeping spreadsheets updated of trainees progress through training. 

Issuing certificates on completion of course.  


Report writing and coordinating evaluation and impact surveys of participants and collating data.


Working with the team in delivering content  for training modules to teachers and community workers (on-site and off-site).


Updating organisations social media 

Providing administrative assistance to the Director and other officers.

Qualifications/ Education : 


A Third Level Qualification  or / and a  minimum of 3 years experience in a administrative role . 



Monday to Friday 9.30 to 5.30pm 

(* Early finish on a Friday. )



Occasional work at weekends and evenings. Time off in lieu will be granted. 


Work location:

Narrative 4 58 O’Connell Street. Limerick and occasionally in other locations.

Ability to work from home on agreed days.

Contract:         One year fixed term, renewed annually following review. 

Remuneration:  €25,000 per annum
