Facilitator Training
We train secondary school teachers and youth workers to facilitate the evidence-based Story Exchange. This certified training consists of four modules delivered online.
Story Exchange
The Story Exchange is a facilitation tool that forges deep connections, breaks down barriers, and teaches empathy.
Empathy School Award
This award recognises secondary schools that foster an environment of empathy and understanding in their students and staff.
Narrative 4km Walk and Talk
The Narrative 4km Walk and Talk is a facilitated outdoor exercise challenge that builds empathy and connection in students.
I learned that everyone is vulnerable at times and everyone is going through something similar. After going through the N4 Programme, I am definitely more open to telling people how I feel. I realised that people are there to get you through hard times and are here to listen to you.
